摘要
为查明两属间植物杂交受精前的障碍,用荧光显微镜观察了2个芸芥品种的花粉粒在5个油菜品种的柱头上粘附、萌发以及花粉管与柱头的识别反应.结果表明:油菜接受芸芥的花粉后,出现花粉延迟粘附和萌发,花粉管较难伸长,在柱头上扭曲、肿胀等不亲和的现象,并且使乳突细胞产生强烈的胼胝质反应,以致阻碍异源花粉管进入柱头;而且父母本基因型不同,相互识别反应差异较大.
With the observation of 2 Yunjie pollen,attachment and germination to stigmas of the 5 rapeseeds and recognition reaction between the pollen tube and the stigma in the fluorescent light microscope the authors attempts to find out the preceding obstruction fertilized through investigation when two belongs to distantcrossing.Results reveal that with the rapeseeds'adoption of the Yunjie pollen,the pollen delays adhering to the stigma and germinate and it's hard for the pollen tube to extend,thus such intergenus phenomena as distorts and swell arise.Moreover the mamma cell produces such intense callus reaction,that it prevents the unusual source pollen tube from going the stigma.Since parents native genotype difference,discrimination reaction differs considerably.
