摘要
本文提出一种单向法测量主轴回转精度时,标准球的偏心误差和主轴动不平衡误差的分离与修正方法。该法在消除偏心误差的同时,保留了主轴动不平衡引起的、与主轴旋转频率ω_0相同的振动位移分量,提高了测试精度。且可根据分离出的动不平衡的大小和方向,对主轴进行动平衡调整。
