摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的前混合磨料射流除锈系统,工作压力仅为3MPa,除锈效率达10—15m^2/h,见金属光泽。该系统由泵站、磨料供给系统、混合室和喷枪等组成。喷枪上的截止阀设计成平衡式阀,可以通过较大的流量。
This paper introduces a premixed abrasive jet (PREMAJET) derusting system, whose efficiency, with the working pressure set at 3 MPa, reaches 10-15m2/h and the metal lustre is observed. The system consists of a pump station, an abrasiye feeding device, a mixing chamber and a jetting gun. The jetting gun incorporates a shut-off valve designed as of the balanced type.
