摘要
提供了一种计算机手写文字图形输入理论方法.这个理论,可以预见的,在任何一个少数民族的象形字与表声字词的手写识别上可被灵活的应用,在任何一个象形字或表声字上可被灵活的应用.
A theoretical method is applied to meet character writing input for computer. It's predicted to be available for any pictographic or alphabetic character in writing. Obviously, it will solve the similar problem in any minority nationality of China.
