文章在一定的理论和实证研究基础之上通过总结、分析当代大学生的职业价值观的特点得出当代大学生需要的特点 分析发现,生理安全需要(主要体现在经济收入上)和自我实现的需要是当代大学生的两个主导性需要,生理需要是基础,自我实现需要是高层次的目标需要,二者是作为一个整体对当代大学生的行为起决定作用的.

On the base of some theories and research, the article analyzes the characters of the need of the conteuporary college students by analyzing the characters of the college students' vocational values. The results are:Tthe need of physical and security (it is mainly embodied in the carnings) and the self- actualizing need are the two dominant need ; The need of physicsl and security is the base of the college students' need system, and the self-actulizing need is the aim;The two needs are integreted to affect the college students' behavour.
