摘要
当前电信市场竞争激烈 ,提出了构建地方电信系统的“以客户为中心”的电子商业模式 ,从各个功能群集阐述系统架构。该模式不仅优化了运营流程 ,而且设置了各地方系统之间统一的接口 ,有利于实现信息流通。这对于我国现阶段还不能建设全国统一的运营网络的现状 。
The telecom market is competing hotly. This paper brings forward one concept of e-business of local telecom design for the purpose of serving customers and discusses each function pack. This mode not only optimizes the flow but also sets up an uniform connection between two places. It is useful for information circulating. It offers a thoughtway of changing present service situation that we can't set up nation-wide management network.
