摘要
通过对2002年黑龙江省遭受严重低冷害的事实和黑龙江省的气候状况及全球变暖、生态条件恶化的调查研究,探讨了黑龙江省水稻安全生产存在的不安全因素,并提出相应的减灾措施和建议。
It has been revealed that some unfavorable factors have existed in the safe production of rice by the revision of the fact that rice production were subjected to cold injury in HeiLongJiang Province in the year of 2002, the climate conditions, the green-house effect and worsen ecological situations in the globe. Therefore,the related measures and advice have been suggested on the reduction of the consequences of cold injury on rice production.
