粘膜免疫对鸡十二指肠SSmRNA表达的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Mucosal Immunization with Newcastle Attenuated Vaccine on the Expression of SS mRNA in Chicken

摘要 应用鸡新城疫弱毒疫苗进行消化道粘膜免疫 ,或在肌肉注射生长抑素 (SS)亚单位疫苗的基础上应用鸡新城疫弱毒疫苗进行消化道粘膜免疫 ,通过 RT- PCR方法检测免疫鸡十二指肠中 SS基因的表达。结果表明 ,首免后第 3周 ,新城疫免疫组的 SS m RNA表达高于 SS亚单位苗组 ,但各试验组无显著差异 ;首免后第 4周 ,新城疫免疫组 SS m R-NA的表达显著高于 SS亚单位苗组 (P<0 .0 5 )并高于对照组。提示粘膜免疫可促进小肠粘膜 SS m RNA的表达 ,SS亚单位苗可在基因水平上降低 SS m Broilers were immunized with Newcastle disease attenuated vaccine by digestive rout and immunized with NDV after intramuscular injection of somatostatin(SS) subunit vaccine to detect the expression of SS mRNA in the duodenum.The result suggested that the expression of SS mRNA in the duodenum was higher in NDV group than SS subunit vaccine group at 3 weeks after immunization,though no significant differences existed among all groups.The expression of SS mRNA in NDV group was higher than SS subunit vaccine and control group at 4 weeks after immunization in which the expression of SS mRNA in NDV group was significant higher than SS subunit vaccine group(P<0 05).Our result suggested that mucosal immunization can stimulate the expression of SS mRNA in the intestine of chicken and SS subunit vaccine may reduce the expression of SS mRNA.
