摘要
应用适应于番鸭胚成纤维细胞 (MDEFC)上繁殖 ,并产生细胞病变的鹅细小病毒 (GPV)弱毒疫苗株与番鸭细小病毒 (MPV)弱毒疫苗 ,按适当比例混合 ,试制了 MPV- GPV二联弱毒细胞苗 ,并测定了各项免疫指标。结果显示 :试制出的二联苗对 1日龄雏番鸭具有良好的安全性和遗传稳定性 ;免疫后 5 d和 7d攻击 GPV强毒 ,保护率分别为 75 %和 1 0 0 % ,同时免疫后 7d血清中 MPV-胶乳凝集抑制 (L PAI)抗体效价均大于 2 1 ,2 1~ 2 8d抗体达高峰 ,有效免疫期超过 6 0 d。疫苗于 - 2 0℃保存期大于 1 2个月。上述结果表明 。
The two combinative attenuated vaccine were prepared by mixing Muscovy duck Parvovirus(MPV) with Goose Parvovirus(GPVa) which had been adapted to propagate in embryo fibroblast(MDEF) and resulted in cytopathogenic effect(CPE),and the immune trial was carried out.The results showed that the protective rate reached 75% and 100% respectively when challenged with GPV at day 5 and day 7 post vaccination,The antibody of MPV LPAI was higher than 2 1 at day 7 post vaccination and reached peaks between 21 28 days after vaccination.The duration of effective immunity to MPV was longer than 60 days.The immunogenicity had hardly changed when the vaccine was stored at -20℃ for one year.The results demonstrated that the vaccine had excellent safety,efficacy and stability and shoud be a practical vaccine for prevention both MPV and GPV infection.
