山东省甜菊宿根越冬贮藏及综合栽培技术

Ratoon overwintering store and synthetical cultre technique of Stevia rebaudiana in Shandong Province

目前我国甜菊以实生苗种植为主的群体是个杂合体,各种性状是不稳定的,且抗病差。引进选用高糖甙品种,采用宿根贮藏栽培,保证了原有品种高糖甙、高产优质的种性,比实生苗栽培根多、茎多、叶多、营养足,延缓发病期,较对照增产39.1%～53.9%。本文从甜菊适时收割、宿根收刨、贮藏、栽培管理等方面,详细介绍了山东甜菊宿根越冬贮藏及综合栽培技术。

Stevia rebaudiana is a community that with main planting type is true seedling planting,it is heterozygote,each character was not stable and disease resistance is poor.High glycoside variety was introduced and adopted,the ratoon store and culture technique was adopted to keep the characters of high glycoside and high yield and good quality of original variety,root and stalk and leaf were more and nutrition was more enough than true seedling culture,the disease period was postponed,the yield was increased39.1%～53.9%than check variety.In this paper the more detail introduction was given to ratoon overwintering store and synthetical culture techniques of stevia rebaudiana in Shangdong Province at harvest in proper time ,ratoon dug,store,culture manage,etc.
