摘要
提出一种综合评价模型 ,它采用分层评价体系 ,将社会环境对热力系统各方面的要求作为评价模型的第一层 ,而对各方面要求的具体评价指标作为模型的第二层 ,应用模糊综合评价方法 ,将两层因素结合在一起 ,评价结果通过模糊运算隶属度的大小来反映。文中还通过对具体实例的应用 。
A comprehensive evaluation model is proposed. By using a stratified evaluation system the requirements of social environment on various aspects of a thermodynamic system are assumed to be the first layer of an evaluation model, while specific evaluation indexes are taken as the second layer of the model. With the use of a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method the factors of the two layers were joined together. The results of evaluation may be reflected through the magnitude of subordination degree of fuzzy operations. The feasibility and rationality of the model has been substantiated by its use on some specific cases.
