老年糖尿病患者血清果糖胺、血糖的变化及临床意义

The change and clinical significance of serum fructosamine and glucose in old diabetes mellitus patients

目的 探讨老年糖尿病 (DM)患者血清果糖胺 (Fructosamine,FTS)和血糖 (GLU)的变化及临床意义。方法 对 68例老年 DM患者及 30例健康老年人血清中 FTS和 GLU水平进行检测。结果 老年 DM患者血清中 FTS和 GL U明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,血清 FTS的水平与过去一段时间内 GLU的平均水平成正比 ,不受瞬间血糖波动的影响。结论 FTS可以反映一段时间内老年 DM患者血糖的平均水平 ,较 GLU更有其稳定性 ,检测其变化 ,对 DM的诊断、监控和管理有一定的意义。

Objective To investigate the change and clinical significance of serum Fructosamine(FTS) and Glucose(GLU) in old diabetes mellitus patients.Methods Serum FTS and GLU were determined in 68 old diabetes.mellitus patients and 30 old healthy controls. Results Serum FTS and GLU in old diabetes mellitus patients were much higher than those in old healthy controls(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between the levels of serum FTS and the average levels of serum GLU in past period of time. Serum FTS was not influenced by the fluctuation of instant serum GLU.Conclusions Serum FTS could reflect average levels of serum GLU in old diabetes mellitus patients in past period of time,moreover, stability of FTS is greater than that of serum GLU. So serum FTS is helpful to diagnose,monitor,and manage diabetes mellitus.
