山东省农村和农业发展新模式的探索与实践

PROBATION AND PRACTICE ON SHANDONG PROVINCE'S NEW MODEL OF THE RURAL AND AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMNET

分析了山东省农业发展的4个方面的特点,总结了3个方面主要做法和经验,指出制约山东农业发展的原因:一是结构调整难度加大;二是资源短缺,条件恶化;三是市场约束增大;四是农产品加工转化利用率低;五是农产品质量安全存在隐患。在此基础上提出促进山东农业发展的对策措施。

This paper analyses four characteristics of Shandong' s agricultural development, sums up three main ways and experiences and points out the reasons to restrict its agricultural development. The first is more and-more difficulties to adjust agricultural structure. The second is short of the resources and worsening conditions. The third is the growing market bondage. The forth is the low rate to convert and utilize farm products and the last is the hidden perils of farm products' quality safety. Finally, the relative strategies to promote its agricultural development are suggested on the above basis.
