简述了印度尼西亚圆丘直角步甲OrthogoniusinopsChaudoir并确定同产于哈马黑拉岛 (Halmahera)的O .aeq uistriatusJordan为其新异名 (syn .nov .)。记述了产于苏拉威西岛 (Sulawesi)的直角步甲属 2新种 :苏岛直角步甲O .sulawesicussp .nov.和里氏直角步甲O .ribbeisp .nov .。上述模式标本均保存在法国国家自然历史博物馆 (巴黎 )
Orthogonius inops Chaudoir is briefly noted and O. aequistriatus Jordan is proposed as a new synonym of O. inops. Two new species, O. sulawesicus sp. nov. (an affinal member of O. inops) and O. ribbei sp. nov. from Sulawesi Island, Indonesia are also described and illustrated.
