报道中国 1新纪录属———泰小叶蝉属Thailocyba,记述 4新种 :二瓣泰小叶蝉T .bilobulasp .nov .、瘤突泰小叶蝉T .tuberculasp .nov .、梅亘泰小叶蝉T .meigengiasp .nov .、长瓣泰小叶蝉T .longilobulasp .nov .,编制中国泰小叶蝉属种检索表。
The genus Thailocyba was established by Mahmood in 1967 with only the type species Thailocyba elbeli, which is the only known species as far as the present authors are aware that is distributed in Thailand and adjoining areas. This paper is the first taxonomic study of Chinese representatives of the genus Thailocyba Mahmood. 4 new species are described and illustrated. A key to species is proposed. Type specimens are deposited in the Collection of the Entomology Museum, Northwest Sci-Tech University of Agriculture and Forestry, Yangling, Shaanxi. Type species:Thailocyba elbeli Mahmood. (Figs.1-9) Length(♂): 2.46?mm. This new species resembles T. elbeli in male genitalia but can be distinguished by its subgenital plate and aedeagus. The latter species has a shorter apical lobe at subgenital plate and aedeagal basal appendage is curved smoothly while in the new species it is more tightly curved. Holotype ♂,paratypes 27♂♂, Sanchahe (22°N,101°E), Yunnan Province, 7 June 1991, coll. TIAN Run-Gang.2 Thailocyba meigengia sp.nov. (Figs.10-18) Length(♂): 2.81?mm. This new species is similar to T. elbeli in male genitalia but differs from the latter in the following aspects: (1) basal appendages of aedeagus curved two and half times; (2) caudodorsal lobe of pygofer sclerotized. Holotype ♂,paratypes 17♂♂, Sanchahe (22°N,101°E), Yunnan Province, 7 June 1991, coll. TIAN Run-Gang.3 Thailocyba longilobula sp.nov. (Figs.19-25) Length(♂): 3.3?mm, (♀)3.45?mm. This new species resembles T. meigengia sp.nov. in male genitalia but can be distinguished by the following aspects: (1) lower lobe of caudoventral lobe of pygefer longer and cephalically curved; (2) basal appendages of aedeagus caudodorsally directed and much less curved. Moreover, claval area of forewing with big brown patches. Holotype ♂,paratypes 5♀♀, Tengchong, Dahaoping(25°N,98°28′E), Yunnan Province, 2?000?m, 25 Nov. 1999, coll. I.Dworakowska.4 Thailocyba tubercula sp.nov. (Figs.26-34) Length(♂): 2.75?mm. This new species is close to T. meigengia sp. nov. in colour pattern of the upper side of the male body and male genitalia but can be distinguished by the following aspects: (1) aedeagus ventoicosed at apex, basal appendages directed dorsally and curved twice; (2) caudoventral lobe of pygofer bearing 4 macrosetae. Holotype ♂,paratypes 16♂♂, Sanchahe (22°N,101°E), Yunnan Province, 7 June 1991, coll. TIAN Run-Gang.
