Establishing six major concepts on work safety

安全问题存在于经济活动和生产过程中,安全生产已经成为经济运行、生产运作的前提条件.它在许多重大经济技术决策中成为核心问题,成为当今社会经济发展、社会文明进步的象征,是一个国家和地区社会、经济运行质量的一种象征.

The issue of occupational safety has become the key issue in many important economic and technical decisions. It has become a symbol of the economic development and the progress of social civilization as well as a symbol of the quality of social, economic operation of a country and region. This article points out that in order to do a good job in safety management, the following concepts should be established. Philosophic concept of safety first; scientific concept of prevention first; economic concept of safety which bring about the benefit; emotional concept to people, basic concept of safety management and priority concept of safety education.
