摘要
目的:探讨MD是否参与电针和内脏病信息的传递。方法:采用玻璃微电极细胞外记录的方法,观察电针足三里穴和内脏痛对大鼠MD诱发放电的影响;电针对内脏痛刺激诱发的大鼠MD痛放电的影响,并均以外踝为非穴位对照。结果:电针和内脏病均可在MD引导出诱发放电;电针可明显抑制内脏病诱发的MD痛放电,并具明显的穴位特异性。结论:MD不仅接受针刺信息的传递,也接受痛信息的传递,并且在针刺镇痛中起着一定的作用。
To investigate whether the mediodotsal thalamic nucleus(MD) participating in the messages of the electro - acupuncture(EA) and visceral pain(VP) to transmit or not.
Methods: By microelectrode and extracellular recording, the unit firings in MD to induce EA and VP, and the effect of EA on unit firings in MD induced by VP were observed in rats. The acupuncture point is zusanli, and the control, non - acupuncture point, is same side lateral ankle.
Results:EA and VP all induced unit firings in MD of rats.The EA significantly inhibited the unit pain firings induced by VP. Compared acupuncture point with non-acupuncture point,the difference was obvious.
Conclusion;MD receive the afferent messages of EA, as well as receive the massages of pain, and take some effects on analgesia of acupuncture.
