This paper discusses the chargeable battery's check system based on Delphi. And it mainly recommends the structure of the systemic hardware, data collection and the software design of the upper supervising computer. The system can process the battery state sampling, data processing, charging and discharging control, data and curve printing and parameter setting. Therefore, this system can solve the check of the chargeable battery.
