PDM与MRPⅡ的接口集成模式研究

Research On Scheme of Interface Integration Between PDM and MRPⅡ

为了实现企业信息的全面集成,本文通过分别分析PDM与MRPⅡ系统的功能以及两者的信息联系,论述两者集成的必要性和可能性.通过比较三种集成的方式,从而确立了采用应用接口集成方式,并以此论述了接口集成方式的技术要点及解决策略.最后本文通过采用数据接口建立了集成化信息系统的结构框架,在PDM与MRPⅡ系统间建立三个数据接口,实现PDM系统向MRPⅡ系统直接输入基础数据,从而达到了PDM与MRPⅡ的集成的目的.

To realize overall integration of enterprise information,the information relationship and functions between PDM and MRPⅡ have been analyzed,so necessity and possibility of integration between them are obtained.The way of interface was adopted by comparing three ways of integration,then the key skill and solution to implement the information integration between them are discussed.Finally a structual frame of integrated information system is given by applying data interfaces,so the integration between PDM and MRPⅡ is realized.
