中压管法兰用缠绕式垫片试验研究

Experiment investigation about joint's spiral wound gasket used on medium-pressure flange

结合法兰连接的实际,按照ASMEB16 20对缠绕式垫片压缩性能的要求,对中压管法兰用缠绕式垫片的预紧应力进行了分析。并就如何通过对垫片工艺结构的调整,使其力学性能与紧固件的要求一致,从而使法兰接头符合操作时的密封性要求进行了试验研究。
