摘要
分析对比了冷压工艺生产封头的优势,介绍了1种生产封头的非常规冷压工艺,采用该工艺可提高产品质量,降低生产成本,提高压力容器的专业化生产水平,具有明显的技术经济优势。
An analysis is made of the advantages of cold die stamping technology over hot stamping technology to produce heads. An unconventional cold stamping technology is introduced , whose advantages in economy and technology are shown in the research.It can improve the quality, lower the cost and better the specialized production of pressure containers.
