摘要
以SE-508型摆盘式压缩机为例,采用压缩机部件在动力学方面的频谱分析、计算机有限元模态分析和台架试验分析三者相结合的方法,探讨了压缩机的振动和噪声问题。通过分析发现,压缩机在2000r/min转速下的振动和噪声是由压缩机的摆盘受力情况所造成的。
With the swinging-pan type compressor SE-508as the example,with combination of the three methods of the spectral analysis,the finite element modal analysis and bench test,vibration and noise of the compressor are dis cussed.It is found by analysis that vibration and noise of compressor at2000r /min is resulted from the strained condition of the swinging-pan of the compressor.
