摘要 可调性的混合输入机构是目前机构学领域研究的一个热点。简述了混合输入机构的设计原理 ;对提出的新型混合输入式曲柄压力机机构 ,从伺服电机的跟踪能力出发进行了优化设计。建立了优化设计的数学模型 ,使用 Matlab软件中的最小二乘极小化方法求得各构件的最优尺寸。实例说明了优化设计使伺服电机的速度波动和加速度波动有显著的减小。 The study of hybrid input mechanism that possesses the advantages of ordinary mechanism as well as controllable and adjustable properties is a craze on mechanism research at present. The paper simply introduces design principle of hybrid input mechanisms. A new hybrid input mechanism of mechanical press that is proposed firstly by authors is designed by optimum synthesis according to locus tracing capability of servo-motor. A mathematical model of the optimum design has been set up. The optimal sizes of the links are obtained by least square minimization in the Matlab software. An example demonstrates that the optimum design makes fluctuations of velocity and acceleration marked reducing. This work not only promotes theoretical development on mechanisms, but also lays a theoretical foundation for the practical use of the mechanism.
