摘要
采用人造金刚石(PCD)工具对汽车轻合金件进行了无屑熨压加工工艺试验研究,试验结果表明,用此工艺可以有效地降低工件的表面粗糙度,提高工件表面强度,进而提高工件在动载荷下的抗疲劳特性。针对该工艺对工件显微硬度的影响进行了详细的研究,得到了熨压参数变化对工件显微硬度的影响规律,通过调整熨压参数可完成熨压过程中对被加工工件表面显微硬度值的预测分析和控制。
Experimental studies on chipless ironing machining process for automotive light alloy parts with man-made diamond tools are carried out.It is shown by the results that this process can effectively reduce roughness of surface of parts,improve case hardness and then improve the anti-fatigue properties of parts under dynamic loading.The effects of this process on part micro-hardness are studied in detail,and rules of effects of variation of ironing parameters on part micro-hardness are obtained.Estimation analysis and control of micro-hardness value of the machined part surface can be carried out during ironing process by adjusting ironing parameters..
