Measure and analysis of fluid quantity needed in the performance test of the disc brakes in mini car pro duct se ries are introduced.Fluid quantity needed refers to the relationship between volume of fluid filled in caliper body and pressure in creasing,and the fluid quantity needed refers to volume of fluid which is needed to fill in caliper body an d reach the same pressure.Through several-year experimental explorations,one easy-to-operate,convenient and highly ac cu-rate test method for fluid needed is found out.Furthermore,factors that influence fluid quantity are described.
