摘要
汽车综合性能检测站和汽车二级维护企业都配置了CO/HC气体分析仪,以MEXA-324F型CO/HC气体分析仪为例,阐述了分析仪的检测原理、结构、主要操作、机械校准、故障分析及排除方法。在分析仪故障及排除中,介绍了以下几种故障的现象、故障原因及故障排除:一是仪表指针不动;二是仪表指针摆动不稳;三是指示值过大或过小等。
Automotive all-round performance measuring stations and the second-level automotive service compa-nies are all equipped with the CO/HC gas analyzers.With the MEXA-324F type CO/HC gas analyzer as the example,the measurement principle,structure,main operations,mechanical calibration,trouble analysis and troubleshooting are intro-duced.The phenomena,reasons and troubleshooting of the following troubles are introduced:the first is that the instrument pointer doesn’t move;the second is that the pointer swings unstably;the third is that the indicated value is too large or too small,etc.
