摘要
基于 DFM思想 ,在建立完整的压铸件信息模型、有效组织各种评价知识的基础上 ,建立了可对压铸件设计全面进行可压铸性分析、结构工艺性评价的工艺咨询原型系统。通过及时将评价结果反馈给设计者 ,指导修改不合理设计 ,有效地保证了压铸件设计质量 ,缩短产品开发周期。
In this paper, a die castability evaluation prototype system-DCDFM was set up on the basis of establishing integrated die casting model and effectively organizing analysis knowledge. Through feedback analysis results to designer timely, as well as helping to modify unreasonable part, development period can be shorten and design quality be greatly improved.
