摘要
研究了数控与普通铣床多次走刀端面粗铣加工中铣削用量的计算机辅助优化。以最大生产率为目标 ,走刀次数和每次走刀下的铣削用量为变量 ,建立了多次走刀端面粗铣加工的数学优化模型 ;提出了优化分析与数字搜索相结合的优化策略 ,开发了相应的 CAM软件。
This paper addresses the optimization strategy for the selection of economic cutting conditions in multipass face rough milling operations on CNC and conventional machine tools. The optimization model of multipass face milling has been built based on criterion of the maximum production rate. The optimization strategy that combines optimization analysis and numerical search technique together has been presented, and the CAM software has been developed. Some experimental results are given to verify the optimization strategy and software, and demonstrate the superiority of multipass over single pass optimization with even greater advantages over handbook recommendations.
