摘要 介绍了附加阳极等离子弧加工陶瓷材料的基本原理、基本形式和特点 ,以切割厚度为 6mm的 Al2 O3陶瓷板为例 ,研究了水再约束、磁场再约束、水磁综合再约束等各种约束条件对等离子弧柱特性及切口质量的影响规律。结果表明 ,喷嘴直径为 4mm时 ,切口宽度小于 5 mm,切口角小于 3°,无渣切速可达 0 .8~ 1 To solve the difficult problem of cutting engineering ceramics, the plasma arc cutting method with additional anode was offered. The rationale, forms and characteristics of the method were introduced. By means of cutting Al 2O 3 plates, the effect of each re-confined condition on plasma arc and kerf quality was studied. When the diameter of the nozzle is as 4mm and the kerf width is less than 5mm, the cutting speed may reach to 0 8~1m/min. The method is expected to become a useful technology for cutting engineering ceramics.
