摘要
自主神经通过直接的神经效应及激素的间接效应参与糖代谢调节。交感神经末梢释放的肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素对糖代谢有不同的影响。肾上腺素增加肝糖生成 ,抑制胰岛素介导的骨骼肌、脂肪摄取葡萄糖 ,引起血糖升高 ;去甲肾上腺素对肝糖产生的作用小于肾上腺素 ,通过β肾上腺素能受体而非胰岛素增加骨骼肌、脂肪对糖的摄取。
