摘要
本方法是采用水溶性流延体系,在无机原料中加入有机物,调配成具有一定粘度的浆料,通过对浆料的配比、流变学特性以及工艺参数等因素的控制,利用流延机成形制成砖坯,烧成后获得超薄陶瓷墙地砖。
The method is a water-soluble system of tape casting.Affiliation organic matter,the ceramics slurry that have certain gummosity are made.The green tapes are fabricated by tape casting with controlling the composition,rheological behavior and work parameters. The super-thin ceramic tiles are made by sintering.
