生物膜法A/O工艺处理玉米加工废水的研究

Study on the application of A/O biological membrane technology to the treatment of wastewater from corn products

生物膜法 A/O工艺处理玉米开发产品生产废水 ,在进水 CODCr为 1 5 2 6 mg/L,NH3- N为 1 80 .4 m g/L 的情况下 ,可使出水达到 CODCr为 89.74 m g/L,NH3- N为 1 4 .1 9mg/L,符合国家一级排放标准 ,去除率分别达到 94 .1 2 %和 92 .1 3% ,工艺流程简单 。

A/O technical process is used to treat the wastewater coming from corn developing products, if the COD of influent is 1 526 mg/L, the NH 3-N of influent is 180.4 mg/L, then the COD of effluent is 89.74 mg/L, the NH 3-N of effluent is 14.19 mg/L, and the quality of effluent is stable enough to conform to the National Discharge Standard. The removal rates of COD and NH 3-N can reach 94.12% and 92.13% respectively. The technical process is simple and the process efficiency is excellent.
