摘要
采用自动投矾 -微絮两级陶粒直接过滤净水工艺 ,对增城中新低浊水源水进行试验。主要结论 :(1 )净水剂投加量增加 ,出水浊度减少。投加量为 3.8~ 6 .0 mg/ L〔以 Al2 (SO4 ) 3计〕时 ,出水浊度可降到很低 ,再增加投加量对浊度影响不大 ,但会明显缩短制水周期 ;(2 )原水浊度越低 ,出水浊度越低。当原水浊度在 5 0 NTU以内 ,对出水浊度影响不大 ;(3)滤速越慢 ,出水浊度越低。滤速 30 m / h较适宜低浊水源水 ;(4 )水温对出水浊度影响不大。自动投矾 -微絮两级陶粒直接过滤工艺具有方便、实用、占地面积少并可节省净水剂用量等特点 。
The water purification technology by two grade direct ceramic particle filtration automatic alum feeding-micro flocculation is used to treat the low turbidity water in Zhongxin,Zengcheng,China. The results show:(1) The more amount of purification agent is fed,the lower turbidity of the effluent water is. When the feeding amount is 3.8 to 6.0 mg/L〔by Al 2(SO 4) 3〕,the turbidity of the effluent water can be very low. If more purification agent is fed, the turbidity does not change much. (2) The lower turbidity of the treated water is, the lower turbidity of the effluent water is. When the turbidity of the treated water is within 50 NTU, the turbidity of the effluent water does not change much. (3) The slower the filtration speed is, the lower turbidity of the effluent water is. It is suitable for water with low turbidity,when the filtration is 30 m/h. (4) The water temperature does not have much influence on the turbidity of the effluent water. This technology is convenient and practical. It occupies lesser area and uses lesser purification agent. It has great potentialities in regard to water purification technology.
