摘要 2端粒酶与宫颈癌 2.1端粒酶的分子生物学特征 端粒是真核染色体末端的DNA重复序列与特异性蛋白的复合体.其功能是保护染色体免遭降解、避免有害的端-端融合以及决定细胞的寿命.
