摘要
综述了在听觉神经系统中,神经营养因子与听力损伤、电刺激、突触疲劳的关系;介绍了神经营养因子保护听觉的分子机制,及神经营养因子在人工耳蜗研究中的应用前景和意义。
It is reviewed that relationships between neurontrophins and hearing loss in auditory system. As a result of Neurotropin protection, more survival SGNs will improve the transmission of electrical stimuli from implanted electrode to the auditory pathway, and facilitate the cochlear implant development.
