Cost Evaluation System and Its Application in the Concurrent Product Design

提出了产品并行设计过程中成本评估的方法与体系结构,结合863/CIMS重大应用项目——齐车集团公司铁路货车产品并行工程开发了铁路货车产品快速报价系统。该系统已在齐车集团公司投入使用,在报价的快速性和准确性上都比原有系统有大幅度提高。实践证明该方法是有效的和实用的。

A method and an architecture of cost evaluation in concurrent product design were proposed in this paper. And combined with the 863/CIMS crucial application project——concurrent engineering of QQHR Railway Rolling Stocks Co. Ltd. (QRRS), we developed a quoted-price system. This system has been applied in the QRRS and performs better in the quickness and accuracy than old system. Practice has proven that this method is practical and effective.
