Realization of the Networked Mass Customization Based on Teleservice System

网络化支持技术是制造企业实施大批量定制生产的四个关键技术之一。本文在分析了大批量定制生产的网络化组织模式的基础上,提出了基于制造企业远程服务系统的大批量定制生产的网络化支持系统思想,并详细论述了远程服务网络对大批量定制生产中的制造企业、供应商和客户的支持,以及远程服务网络系统对定制产品全生命周期的支持。

Network supporting technology is one of four key aspects of implementing mass customization (MC) for manufacturing enterprise. After analyzing the networked organization model of MC in this paper, the authors put forward an idea of using enterprise's teleservice network system to realize networked MC, and intensively discuss the teleservice system's support for manufacturing enterprise, providers, customers and product all life cycle.
