摘要
对超临界直流炉启动系统的常见类型及其技术特点进行了分析比较。启动疏水热交换式和带再循坏的启动系统具有良好的极低负荷运行和频繁启动特性 ,适用于带中间负荷和两班制运行 ;扩容式低负荷和频繁启停特性较差 ,适用于带基本负荷的电厂。各系统在实际运行中既有独特的优势 ,也存在明显不足。启动系统的选型要综合考虑其技术特点、系统投资及电厂运行模式等因素。
Common kinds and technical features of the starting-up system for once-through boilers have been analysed and compared. The starting-up system with start-up drain heat exchange and recirculation has good behavior under extremely low load operation and for frequent start-up, being suitable for operation under medium load and for two-shift operation; The flashing type has bad behavior under low load operation and for frequent start-up, being suitable for power plants with basic load. There are unique advantages and obvious deficiencies in practical operauion of each kind of starting-up system. Hence, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the factors, such as technical features, capital investment, and operation mode of power plants etc. for selecting the suitable type of starting-up system.
