摘要 对汽轮机控制系统改造中出现的阀门重叠度配置不当问题进行研究分析。提出配汽机构由液压调节改为电液调节后 ,不能为了减少进汽节流损失而将各调节汽门的重叠度调至 0。给出了 1台 2 0 0MW汽轮机阀门特性曲线的试验结果。 Study and analysis on the problem of non-suitable Valves' overlap disposition in retrofitting the steam turbine governing system have been carried out. It is suggested that the overlap of each governing valve can't be adjusted to zero in order to decrease throttling loss of steam admission after the steam distributing mechanism has been retrofitted from hydraulic regulation to electrohydoaulic regulation. The test results of valves' characteristic curve of a 200MW steam turbine are given.
