摘要 介绍了管内壁氧化皮测厚技术在安庆石化热电厂 630t/h锅炉高温过热器上的应用。通过实施该技术 ,根据测量结果采取有针对性的换管 ,可有效防止高温过热器管子因过热引起的爆管 ,提高了炉管的整体安全性 ,亦避免了盲目换管或选用高一级材质造成的浪费。 The application of thickness-detecting technology for oxide-scale on inner side of tubes in high-temperature superheater of a 630t/h boiber in thermal power plant under Qilu Petrochemical Corp has been described. Through implementation of this technology, situation-oriented replacement of tubes can be carried out based on the results of detecting, preventing effectively the tubes of high-temperature superheater from bursting due to excess-heating, enhancing the safety of entire boiler tubes, as well as avoiding the blindness in tube-replacement, or in selection of much higher quality of tubes to result in extravagance.
