Establishment of the Second Degree Scald Model in Wistar Rats

摘要 目的 :探索实验研究中所需大鼠Ⅱ度烫伤模型建立的实验条件。方法 :将 8只Wistar大鼠随机分成两组 ,每组 4只。选取腹部作为烫伤部位。第 1组烫伤条件为 99℃ ,持续 3s ;第 2组烫伤条件为 99℃ ,持续10s。烫伤前取自身对照组织在光镜下观察病理切片。烫伤后对局部组织进行大体观察和光镜下病理切片观察。结果 :第 1组大鼠为浅Ⅱ度烫伤 ,第2组大鼠为深Ⅱ度烫伤。结论 :两组烫伤模型的制作均符合实验要求。烫伤温度为 99℃、持续时间 3s即可制作出Wistar大鼠浅Ⅱ度烫伤模型。因此 ,拟选取第 Objective: to explore the experimental conditions for establishing a scald model of the second degree in Wistar rats. Method: a total of 8 rats were divided into two groups randomly with four rats each. Abdominal skin of rats was chosen as scald area. All rats in the first group were given 99 ℃ boiled tap water to the local skin for 3 seconds. Rats of the second group were given 99 ℃ boiled tap water for 10 seconds. Scalded local tissues of all rats from the two groups were taken to do biopsy and pathological sections were observed under microscope. Comparisons were made between before and after the scald in all rats and between the two groups. Results: all rats in the first group were with second degree superficial scald. However, all rats in the second group were with second degree deep scald. Conclusion: the rat scald model of the two groups could meet the needs for experiments. The second degree superficial scald model of rats could be made by giving 99 ℃ boiled tap water for 3 seconds to the local skin.
