废水在电厂循环水系统中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 采用曝气生物滤池、混凝气浮、过滤、杀菌等工艺对齐鲁石化热电厂的废水 (包括生活污水、养鱼塘排水 )进行了处理 ,处理后的水作为循环水的补充水。结果表明 ,该处理工艺合理 ,系统运行稳定 ,出水浊度≤ 1NTU ,CODMn≤ 5mg/L ,氨氮≤ 2mg/L ,异养菌≤ 10 0 0个 /mL ,达到电厂循环水补水水质要求。经过核算 ,回用每吨废水可节约 4 .95元 ,投资不到 1年即可收回成本 ,经济效益、环境效益显著。 The waste water from thermal power plant under Qilu Petrochemical Corp, including daily-life sewage and discharged water from fishpond, has been treated by using techniques of aerated biological filtration, coagulated air-floatation, filtering, and bacteriside etc., the waste water after treatment being used as make-up water for circulating water system. The results show, the treatment technology to be reasonable, the operation of said system to be stable, the turbidity of delivery water ≤ INTU, COD Mn ≤5mg/L, the ammoniacal nitrogen≤2mg/L, the heterotrophic bacteria≤1000 unit/mL, meeting the quality requirements of make-up water for circulating water system. Through cost accounting, recovery of one ton waste water can economize RMB 4.95 yuan, the investment being recouped only within one year, having obvious benefits in economic and environmental aspects.
