保心汤对气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Baoxin Decoction on Quality of Life in Patients of Angina Pectoris Due to Coronary Heart Disease with Asthenia of Qi and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的 :观察保心汤对气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机对照方法 ,将 6 2例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗 8周 ,观察患者生活质量的变化及保心汤对心绞痛的疗效。结果 :两组心绞痛、心电图疗效比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,在改善临床症状和生活质量方面 ,治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :保心汤能有效改善心肌缺血和临床症状 。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Baoxin decoction on angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease with asthenia of Qi and blood stasis syndrome. Method: 62 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment course lasted 8 weeks. The changes of frequency of angina events, consumed dosage of nitrates, rest electrocardiogram, clinical symptoms and quality of life were observed. Result:There was no significant difference in efficacy of angina pectoris and rest electrocardiogram between the two groups (P>0.05), but the therapeutic effects of treatment group were superior to those of control group in improving clinical symptoms and quality of life (P<0.05). Conclusion: Baoxin decoction can improve myocardial ischemia, clinical symptoms and quality of life.
