胃舒灵Ⅱ抗炎作用与机制研究

Study on Anti-inflammatory Effect of Weishuling Ⅱ and Its Mechanism

目的 :观察胃舒灵Ⅱ抗炎作用并探讨其机制。方法 :采用二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀实验、小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性实验、纸片诱发小鼠肉芽肿实验及角叉菜胶致大鼠气囊炎症实验。结果 :胃舒灵Ⅱ能显著降低二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀率 ,明显抑制纸片诱发的小鼠肉芽肿质量 ,显著拮抗His引起的小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增加 ,使皮肤蓝染面积缩小 ,染料渗出量减少 ,可显著减少角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠急性气囊炎症的渗出液量、白细胞游出数和蛋白质渗出量 ,能明显降低渗出液中一氧化氮和前列腺素E2 含量。结论

Objective:To observe the anti inflammatory effect of WeishulingⅡand explore the mechanism. Method: Test of xylene induced mouse ear swelling, histamine induced capillary osmosis test in mouse skin, paper induced mouse granuloma test, carrageenan induced rat subcutaneous air pouch inflammatory model were used. Result: WeishulingⅡ could markedly lower xylene induced swelling rate of mouse auricle, obviously decrease the weight of paper induced mouse granuloma, evidently antagonize the increment of histamine induced vascular permeability of mouse skin, decrease blue area of skin and lower exudate volume of Evans blue, markedly reduce the exudate volume, leukocyte count, and the contents of protein, nitric oxide and prostaglandin E 2 in exudates of carrageenan induced rat subcutaneous air pouch inflammatory model. Conclusion: WeishulingⅡ has obvious anti inflammatory effect.
