摘要 VoiceXML是XML的一种扩展。它将Web应用和内容访问结合进了语音应答服务中。VoiceXML可应用于许多领域。通过VoiceXML与CTI技术的结合,可以构建一种新的分布式呼叫中心。 VoiceXML is an XML extension.It brings the advantages of Webbased development and content delivery to interactive voice response applications.VoiceXML is applied to many fields.A new distributed call center can be constructed through the integration of VoiceXML and CTI technology. 
