摘要 数字监控系统已成为新一代监控产品的主流。文章介绍了基于MPEG 4的数字监控系统的结构、多媒体数据压缩编码标准MPEG 4的特点和在视音频压缩卡及其SDK基础上开发监控系统应用程序的方法和步骤。 Digital guarding system has become the mainstream in new generation of guarding products.This paper introduces the structure of MPEG4 based digital guarding system,the characteristics of multimedia data compression coding standard MPEG4 and the methods and steps of guarding system application development based on audio & video compression card and its SDK.
