将灰色系统理论的灰色局势决策法应用于水环境质量评价,根据水环境质量影响因素,设计出一套评价指标体系,建立了水环境质量评价的灰色决策模型。将多污染因子评价归结于单目标决策,实例分析表明了该方法的可行性和实用性。

In this paper,the gray decision is utilized to assess the water environmental quality.The index system is designed and the gray decision model is established by analyzing some influencing elements.A case study is given by applying this method when the multi-ingredient pollutions is transformed into the single-object decision.It fully proves the feasibility and practicability of this method.
