波普是非决定论者吗?

Is K.Popper Non-determinist?

波普自认为是一个"坚定的非决定论"者,而学术界的一些观点论述了他并不是一个坚定的非决定论者。笔者主要通过前提条件和推演过程两个方面阐述了他的驳决定论软弱无力;通过对量子力学和遗传密码能否破译等几个问题阐明了他的建立非决定论论据不足。并且他自己也感觉到"非决定论是不够的"。最后总结提出:波普是一个"准非决定论"者。

In this paper both Popper's view of he is a nondeterminist and other arguments in academe are used to prove he is not a firm nondeterminist.The powerless of Popper's criticism to determinism is demonstrated by precondition and deduction process;several problems such as quantum mechanics and whether genetic code is scrutable are used to point out the deficit of his argument.Popper's own view that nondeterminism is not enough also pointed out in this paper.Finally we get the conclusion that Popper actually is a quasinondeterminist.
