创新不局限于技术的内容,而具有超技术性。创新的核心是效果实现。它注重整体提升,强调一种平台性,同时着眼组合与搭配,讲究人文关怀和社会效益、经济效益、生态效益的协调发展,因而是一个工程范畴,必须从工程范式出发来考察和推进创新。
The innovation is not limited by technological content, and possesses the characteristics of overtechnique, so the core of innovation is realization of effect. The innovation pays attention to intergral unlifting, emphasizes the function of certain platform, meanwhile focuses on compose and configuration, Stresses humanistic concerning for and social, economic, and ecological benefits in order to maintain them harmonious development, therefore, we should begin with paradigm of engineering in order to observe and study, promote innovation.
