作为国家电力公司华东公司的技术创新中心 ,华东电力试验研究院应承担电网的技术开发工作。项目管理宜从立项阶段着手 ,从市场前景和推广价值及企业内部资源等方面判定。阐明项目的选择模式和项目管理的组织结构模式、项目过程控制模式及项目的事后分析评估模型。
As the technological innovation center of East Power Company of State Power Corporation, the East China Electric Power Test & Research Institute should undertake the power grid technology development. The project management should start from project setup and the aspects such as market prospect, worth of popularization and inner resource of enterprises should be justified. The project selection mode, the organization and structure mode of project management, project procedure control mode and the postmortem analysis and evaluation mode of the project were all described.
